Dunscroft Quarry Park Fires

Over the summer period we have attended several fires on Quarry Park, Dunscroft, the most recent being Sunday evening. 

These fires are extremely dangerous and put large amounts of people at risk.

The report we received on this occasions was two youths have set the fire in the grasslands and then run away, leaving it to spread. 

The Fire Service were able to attend and take control of the fire relatively quickly.

These fires are reckless, dangerous and cause extensive damage to the local area.

If you see a fire, please report it immediately to minimise the chances of it spreading uncontrollably.
